parking area view weak shower
The room overlooked the parking area not the river I had hoped for. the shower pressure was surprisingly weak a far cry from the 'super pressurized' experience others mentioned I wonder if they were staying in a different wing of the hotel. So much for relaxation after a long day of pretending to enjoy local sights.

Acceptable Stay with a Disappointing Policy

full charge lack of compassion
The breakfast was good with fresh ingredients and tasty options.
I had a rather unfortunate experience here. A family emergency forced me to cut my stay short. I was still charged the full amount. I thought they would show some compassion (a small discount perhaps?), but that did not happen.
